At Elyse and Rose Boutique, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, including clearance, accessories, and bodysuits, are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We offer refunds to your original payment method, store credit, or exchange. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your refund or credit details.
Damaged Items
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at elyseandroseboutique@gmail.com. Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
How to start a return?
Email us at elyseandroseboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
