Shipping Policy

At Elyse and Rose, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays and Lost Packages

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Elyse and Rose is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages lost after being marked as delivered. For lost or delayed shipments, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Address Information

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Elyse and Rose is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
