• International shipping is not available at this time

Delays and Lost Packages

• Elyse and Rose is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages lost after being marked as delivered
• For lost or delayed shipments, customers should contact the carrier directly using their tracking number

Address Information

• Customers should verify their shipping address is correct before completing their order

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Final sale items are not eligible for return, including:Clearance items
