Shipping Policy

• Once shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location

Order Tracking

• A tracking number is provided once your order ships
• Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system

Shipping Availability

• Currently shipping within the United States only
• International shipping is not available at this time

Delays and Lost Packages

• Elyse and Rose is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages lost after being marked as delivered
• For lost or delayed shipments, customers should contact the carrier directly using their tracking number

Address Information

• Customers should verify their shipping address is correct before completing their order
• Elyse and Rose is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Final sale items are not eligible for return, including:Clearance items

• You offer refunds to original payment method, store credit, or exchange
• Once a return is processed, customers receive an email confirmation with refund or credit details

Damaged Items
